【摘要】 目的:电子胃镜无麻醉情况下检查的效果及可行性的探讨。方法:用Olympus电子胃镜对2002年12月至2005年3月行胃镜检查患者进行术前无麻醉检查,通过改变操作手法、患者配合等方法以达到完成检查的目的。结果:8033例电子胃镜无麻醉检查患者,一次成功完成检查7873例,占98%。结论:熟练的胃镜操作技术、患者的适当配合、先进的胃镜使无麻胃镜成为可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Under not anaesthetized the electronic gastroscope to check and discussion of feasibility.Methods Use the olympus electronic gastroscope to check the sufferers that under not anaesthetized befor gastrocopy in december of 2002 - March of 2005. Through changing the tactics of operating,such methods as the patient cooperates to achieve the goal of finishing checking.Results 8 033 cases of electronic gastroscope that under not anaesthetized,success finishes checking 7 873,accounts for 98%.Conclusion The gastroscope operating technology,the patient’s proper cooperation, advanced gastroscope with skilled conclusion make it possible to there is not anaesthetized gastroscope.更多还原
