【摘要】 目的:对1984年及2004年经超声心动图诊断为心脏病的病因进行对比分析。方法:应用超声诊断仪常规检查心脏房室、主动脉、肺动脉等结构的大小、活动和血流等情况的变化,对超声心动图异常共计4616例(其中1984年1848例,2004年2768例)心脏病患者之病因加以对比分析,诊断以《超声医学》为标准。结果:1984年心脏病病因的构成比由高至低前五位为风湿性心脏病(24.6%)、肺原性心脏病(16.5%)、冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(15.3%)、高血压性心脏病(12.7%)、心肌炎(10.8%);2004年前五位则改变为冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(30.9%)、高血压性心脏病(20.3%)、退行性瓣膜病(13.9%)风湿性心脏病(12.7%)、心肌炎(8.9%)。结论:心脏病的各种病因随年代的变化而变化:风湿性心脏病逐年下降,冠状动脉硬化性心脏病、高血压性心脏病逐年上升,已位于前列,这对临床上的预防、治疗有较大的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparing analysis to the cause of heart disease diagnosed by ultrasonic cardiogram in 1984 and 2004.Methods Ultrasound diagnosing instrument used in routine examinations to the size of the structure, activities and blood stream of the atrium and ventricle of the heart, main artery and lung artery.The causes of heart disease abnormal to the ultrasonic diagnosing instrument are compared and analysed, totally 4 614 patients ( 1 848 in 1984, 2 768 in 2004),diagnosed on “Ultrasound Medicine”.Results In 1984, the first five composing rates of the causes of heart disease are:rheumatic heart disease (24.6%),corpulmonale heart disease (16.5%), coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (15.3%), hypertension heart disease (12.7%), myocarditis (10.8%); In 2004, the first five composing rates of the causes of heart disease are: coronary atherosclerotic heart disease ( 30.9%), hypertension heart disease (20.3%),age-related valvular disease ( 13.9%),rheumatic heart disease ( 12.7%),myocarditis (8.9%).Conclusions Different kinds of causes of heart disease are changed as the years pass: rheumatic heart disease reduces anually; coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and hypertension heart disease increase anually and stand on the front row.
