【摘要】 目的:确定心脑活血颗粒赋形剂的种类、用量及配比。方法:根据颗粒吸湿率、成型率及溶解率选择颗粒赋形剂。结果:1份浸膏粉与2.5份赋形剂(乳糖∶甘露醇=4∶1的混合赋形剂)所制成的颗粒溶解性好,成型率高,吸湿性小,较为理想。结论:试验选用了影响颗粒生产、质量及制剂稳定性的三方面因素为指标,较为全面地考察了赋形剂及其最终制成量配比对颗粒的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Define the sorts quantity as well as proportion for excipients on Xinnao huoxue granules.Methods Appropriate exci-pients were selected on the basis of hygros-copicity and granulation.Results Excipient formula consisted of lactose and mannitol (4∶1,w/w).Conclusion Three aspects which effect the production quantity as well as stability of granules have been selected as indexes in the test, influence of exci-pients and its final proportion on granules has been comprehensively investigaled.更多还原
