【摘要】 探讨贲门狭窄症的最佳治疗方案。方法:采用改良后自制方形气囊导管对38例贲门狭窄症分别行3次～5次扩张治疗,随访2a,观察狭窄段增宽的程度及临床症状的改善效果。结果:38例中扩张后狭窄段较扩张前增宽>0.5cm,吞咽困难明显改善32例,<0.5cm吞咽困难有不同程度的改善6例,总有效率为100.0%。结论:改良后方形气囊导管扩张是治疗贲门狭窄症较为理想的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the best treatment program of cardinal stricture.Method use reformed self-made square gasbag catheter to dilate cardinal 3～5 times for 38 patients.Visit those patients to investigate the clinical effective.Result There are 32 patients do feel better after dilated in the stricture part (relaxed more than 0.5 cm).And 6 patients relaxed less than 0.5 cm,but also feel better than before.In all, the full efficient is 100.0 %.Conclusion The reformed self-made square gasbag catheter is the better method to treat cardinal stricture symptom.更多还原
