【摘要】 目的:观察成人鼻咽腺样体肥大的CT表现,探讨其临床意义。方法:分析经病理活检证实的5 0例成人鼻咽腺样体肥大的CT表现,并与5 0例鼻咽癌进行比较。结果:成人鼻咽腺样体肥大的主要CT表现为鼻咽顶后壁向腔内突起的软组织肿块,位于中线区,大多数(2 7例)前缘呈火焰山状,部分呈锯齿状(11例)及不规则状(12例) ,火焰山状及锯齿状边缘具特征性,鼻咽癌未见此征象,同时咽囊及点状钙化的显示对两者也具有一定鉴别诊断价值。结论:CT扫描可清楚显示成人鼻咽腺样体肥大的CT表现特征,对于鼻咽癌的鉴别诊断有很大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the CT manifestations of the adult adenoidal hypertrophy and approach to it′s clinical significance.Methods Fifty cases of adult adenoidal hypertrophy, confirmed by pathological results,underwent CT scanning.CT characters were analyzed and compared with fifty cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Results The major CT features were soft tissue masses of nasopharyngeal top and posterior wall.Soft tissue masses located mostly in midline area.The anterior border were flame mountain in 8 cases,serrated in 11 cases,irregular mass in 12 cases.flame mountain and serrated border were characteristic.pharyngeal bursa and spotty calcifications has definite value in differentiated adenoidal hypertrophy and NPC.Conclusion CT scan can make it possible to show the features of adult adenoidal hypertrophy,Some CT apperance play a significant role in differentiating NPC.更多还原
