【摘要】 目的:探讨浆细胞源性肿瘤的临床与影像特点。方法:回顾18例浆细胞瘤的临床及CT和MRI检查资料。结果:18例中15例位于髓内,表现为骨质疏松,脊柱压缩性改变,穿凿样、膨胀性溶骨性骨质破坏及软组织肿块。3例位于髓外,表现为病变部位之软组织肿块、病变区周围淋巴结肿大及病变邻近部位骨质破坏。结论:CT和MRI影像学表现能对临床诊断髓内、外浆细胞瘤提供了重要的诊断信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinic and image features of plasmacytic tumors.Methods The CT and MRI image data of 18 cases with plasmacytic tumor were analyzed retrospectively.Results 15 plasmacytic tumors were intramedullary, and their image features showed as osteopetrosis, vertebral column compression fracture, punched-out or bubbly lytic destruction of bone and soft tissue mass. 3 plasmacytic were extramedullary, and the image features were soft tissue mass, lymph nodes enlargement around the lesions and bone destruction near the lesions.Conclusions CT and MRI image manifestation can provide reliable evidence for accurate diagnosis of plasmacytic tumors.更多还原
