【摘要】 目的:应用随机、对照方法观察科素亚(氯沙坦)用药的疗效及安全性。方法:将符合条件的高血压病患者162例,随机分为试验组(85例)和对照组(77例),分别服用科素亚50mg/d～100mg/d及雅施达(培哚普利)4mg/d,共12周。观察各组的疗效及不良反应。结果:以自身前后为对照,服药12周后与服药前对比,试验组和对照组的间隔动态血压监测显示血压下降平稳,收缩压和舒张压分别下降(3.1±0.5)kPa、(2.1±0.4)kPa和(3.2±0.4)kPa、(2.3±0.5)kPa,两组的血压下降无统计学差异。所有患者的心率及生化指标无显著改变,亦未见不可耐受的不良反应。结论:科素亚是一种治疗原发性高血压的有效、安全的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of losartan during 12 week treatment of hypertension.Methods 162 patients with essential hypertension were divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group treated with losartan with 50 mg/d~100 mg/d for 12 weeks. The others received perindopril 4 mg or 8 mg daily for 12 weeks. The efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical,biochemical and blood pressure parameters.Results Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring showed that compared with the pre-treatment states the SBP and DBP of the treatment were significantly reduced by (3.1±0.5)kPa、(2.1±0.4)kPa and (3.2±0.4) kPa、(2.3±0.5)kPa respectively. No change in heart rate, blood parameters and intolerance adverse effects were foud during the study.Conclusion losartan is an effective and safe agent for the treatment of hypertension.更多还原
