直接数字化X线摄影在IVP中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨直接数字化X线摄影术(DR)在IVP中的应用。方法:抽取我院行DRIVP检查及传统X线IVP检查者各75例评价照片质量;100例行DRIVP前KUB及传统X线所摄同一患者KUB作为对照组进行对比分析泌尿系阳性结石及微细钙化检出率。结果:1DR影像:优占64.5%,良占31.1%,差占4.4%;传统组:优占40.3%,良占49.8%,差占9.9%;2泌尿系阳性结石及微小钙化的检出显示清晰率:DR组88.0%,传统组66.0%,两组数据经统计学检验(P<0.05),差异具有显著性。结论:直接数字化X线肾盂造影图像质量优于传统X线,泌尿系阳性结石及微小钙化的检出率高于传统X线,有较大的临床应用价值及广泛应用前景。

【Abstract】 Objective To research the quality usefulness of direct digital radiography system of IVP.Methods The quality of 75 films acquired by DR IVP and 75 films acquired by the conventional radiology IVP was assessed. The revealed rate of urinary tiny calculus of 100 KUB of DR IVP was compared to 100 KUB acquired by the conventional radiology of the same case.Results ①With digital radiography system,the quality of IVP film was assessed grade “excellent” in 64.5 %,grade “good” in 31.3 %,grade “not good” in 4.4 %;with conventional IVP radiography,the quality of IVP film was assessed grade “excellent” in 40.3 %,grade “good” in 49.8 %,grade “not good” in 9.9 %,The direct digital radiography was statistically Superior to the convention IVP radiography.②The urinary tiny calculus could be revealed in 88.0 % of KUB with digital radiography system,Which was significantly higher than that acquired by the conventional radiography (66.0 %.P<0.05).Conclusion Direct digital radiography could provide the IVP film with better quality than with the convention radiography and DR of IVP could make focus more clearly and distinguished Urinary ting calculus, DR of IVP has great value and extensive foreground in clinics.
