【摘要】 目的探讨纺织行业噪声对该职业人群健康的影响。方法选择225名接触噪声作业工人(接触组)与225名非噪声作业人员(对照组)进行流行病学调查。结果(1)接触噪声作业工人可有类神经症,其中耳鸣(P<0.01)和记忆力下降(P<0.05)主诉率较对照组高。(2)接触组高血压和心电图异常的检出率较对照组高(P<0.05)。(3)接触组高频、语频听损的检出率也较对照组高(P<0.01)。而且在接触组中1年~工龄组与5年~工龄组的高频听损存在非常显著的差异(P<0.01),1年~工龄组与10年~工龄组的高频听损有显著性差异(P<0.05),5年~工龄组与10年~工龄组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论纺织行业噪声对作业工人的听觉、心血管和神经系统均有不同程度的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose This paper is to study the health effects of textile noises on weavers.Methods 225 weavers,who are exposed to textile noises(exposure) and 225 unexposed workers(control),have been chosen to make an epidemiologic study.Results(1) Neurasthenic Syndrome has been found among exposed weavers,the rates of principle complains about tinnitus(P<0.01)and bad memory(P<0.05)were much higher than the controls;(2) The incidences of hypertension and abnormal electrocardiogram were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3) The incidences of high frequency hearing loss and language hearing loss were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidences of high frequency hearing loss between the groups of 1～length of service and 5～ length of service(P<0.01),1～and 10～(P<0.05),5～and 10～(P<0.05),have statistical significance.Conclusion The textile noises can effect aural system,cardiac vassal system and nervous system in different extents.更多还原
