快速右心室起搏诱导心衰模型的改进

【摘要】 目的改进快速右心室起搏的方法,获得稳定的慢性终末期心衰模型。方法以12只太湖梅山猪为实验对象,以230次/min的频率右心室快速起搏4周后,改用190次/min的频率维持右心室起搏4周。结果230次/min快速起搏4周后,所有实验动物均出现明显的充血性心衰的表现;心超显示心室壁变薄,EF、CO明显下降;心导管结果示肺动脉压、右房压、肺动脉楔压升高而心输出量、每搏输出量和动脉压降低;在以190次/min维持4周后,上述参数仍保持稳定。结论改进的快速右心室起搏诱导的心衰模型是稳定、持久的慢性终末期心衰模型。

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to modify the animal model using rapid right ventrichlar pacing and to get a model of chornic end-stage heart failure. Methods Twelve Meishan pigs received the rapid right ventricular pacing (230 beats/min) for 4 weeks. In the following 4 weeks, a reduced rate, 190 beats/min, was used. Results Heart failure was induced in all pigs by the rapid ventricular pacing (230 beats/min) for 4 weeks. Doppler echocardiography indicated that the left ventricular posterior wall became thinner and EF, CO was significantly reduced. PAP, RAP, PCWP were increased while CO, SV, AP were decreased in the hemodynamic test. With the maintenance rate of 190 beats/min for 4 weeks, all the parameters above remained stable. Conclusion The modified experimental heart failure is a long-term stable model of chornic end-stage heart failure.
