【摘要】 目的观察国产聚乙烯醇树酯(PVA)植入家兔背部肌肉后的不同时间材料周围的组织反应情况。方法大耳家白兔10只,在其脊柱一侧背部植入国产PVA,另一侧植入进口PVA,观察术后1、4、12、26、52周材料周围的组织反应情况。结果肉眼观察植入部位无皮下和肌肉组织异常病变,组织病理学检查结果符合国家规定的组织反应程度指标。结论国产PVA的组织相容性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the histopathologic changes of domestic polyvinyl alcohol particles after implanted in back muscle of the rabbits. Methods The domestic PVA was implanted in one side of the back muscle of ten rabbits in another side the import PVA was implanted. The operative local histopathologic changes were observed at the 1 rst, 4 th, 12 th, 26 th, 52 th weeks after operation. Results There was no significant inflammation occurred. Local hypodermic and muscular tissue were normal when observed by visual sight. All postoperative histopathologic changes were within the authoritative ranges. Conclusion The histo-compatibility of domestic PVA is favorable.更多还原
