【摘要】 我国的法学教育和法学人才培养还存在许多不能适应加入WTO和实现依法治国的需要的问题,需要认真反思。笔者认为,我国法学人才培养的目标即法学教育的目标应基本定位为高层次的职业教育,即主要是培养高层次的法律应用型人才。要大胆借鉴国外法学教育的有益经验,以弥补我国法学教育中能力训练和培养的不足问题。各法学院校应尽快开设与WTO直接相关的课程,要提高现有法学专业教师的水平,尽快启动与WTO直接相关的法学教材的编写工作,尽快解决我国法学教育过热、泛滥、失控的问题。更多还原
