【Abstract】 The paper discusses the differences in animals culture between the Han people and the English-speaking people. It holds that the idea that people’s attitudes towards animals as well as the metaphorical and symbolic meaning form to the fundamental cores of corresponding animal culture. These differences reflect the diversity in the natural environment, cultural background and way of thinking and aesthetics between the Han people and the English-speaking people. to be aware of such differences will be helpful for cross-cultural communications between the two peoples.更多还原
