加氢反应器材料回火脆化量预测
The temper embrittlement prediction of hydrogenation reactor material
【摘要】 加氢反应器用材2 25Cr 1Mo钢具有明显的回火脆化倾向。试验表明,回火脆化是合金钢在回火状态下,杂质元素在奥氏体晶界处偏聚而造成的。应用晶界偏聚理论,根据国内加氢反应器用材的回火脆化量测定数据,对2 25Cr 1Mo钢在一定温度和服役时间下脆化量的变化规律进行了预测。同时提出了操作条件下材料回火脆化量的计算公式,为加氢反应器的安全运行提供了技术保障。
【Abstract】 2 25Cr 1Mo steel used in hydrogenation reactor is obvious with tendency of temper embrittlement The experiment showed that the reason caused the temper embrittlement was segregation of impurity elements in grain boundary of alloy steel under temper condition Based on the kinetics of temper embrittlement and experiment data of temper embrittlement of hydrogenation in China, the temper embrittlement quantity of 2 25 Cr 1Mo steel related with operation temperature and time was predicted The results supplied the temper embrittlement formulae of hydrogenation reactor material and technical basis for safe running
