【摘要】 目的探讨百令胶囊与抗结核药联合治疗肺结核的疗效。方法将122例肺结核患者随机分成治疗组为62例,观察组为60例。两组基本治疗相同,治疗组加服百令胶囊,疗程为6个月。结果治疗组总有效率95.2%,明显高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.01),治疗组的痰结核菌转阴率及肺结核病灶吸收率也明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论百令胶囊与抗结核药联合治疗肺结核疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of Bailing capsule combined with antituberculotic drugs on pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 122 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into treatment group (n=62) and control group (n=60) randomly. The control group was given antituberculosis treatment, and the treatment group was given Bailing capsule besides antituberculosis treatment. The period of treatment was 6 months. Results The effective rates was 95.2% and (78.3%) in treatment group and control group respectively (P<0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in sputum negative conversion and tuberculosis focus absorption (P<0.01). Conclusions The combination of Bailing capsule and antituberculotic on the treatment of tuberculosis is effective and safe.更多还原
