【摘要】 目的观察白血康治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的疗效及毒副作用。方法对34例APL患者给予白血康应用,行诱导缓解治疗;白血康与化疗交替应用行维持缓解治疗,并观察治疗中的毒副作用及防治方法。结果34例APL均获完全缓解(CR),有不同程度的胃肠道反应。结论白血康治疗APL疗效显著,副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect and side-effect of BaiXueKang on patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). Methods BaiXueKang was used for 34 cases of APL at remission stage. Adverse reactions and side effects were observed, so as to prevent them. Results 34 cases of APL remitted entirely, Side effect of gastrointestinal tract appeared in all cases in different degrees. Conclusions BaiXueKang is significant effective on APL with little side effects.更多还原
