【摘要】 目的探讨瘢痕子宫中期妊娠者行利凡诺引产的可行性及安全性。方法选取瘢痕子宫中期妊娠者64例行利凡诺100mg羊膜腔内注射,观察记录引产时间,胎盘胎膜娩出情况及出血量并与同期正常妊娠引产组相比较。结果62例成功,2例失败改行钳刮术,无1例发生子宫破裂。其引产时间、胎盘胎膜娩出情况及出血量两组无明显差别。结论笔者认为瘢痕子宫中期妊娠者行利凡诺引产并非绝对禁忌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility and security of abortion by rivanol on metaphase pregnancy of cicatricial uterus. Methods Sixty-four metaphase pregnancy of cicatricial uterus from earlier cesarean section were given rivanol 100mg by amniocentesis. The duration of induced abortion, the delivery of placenta and caul, and the amount of bleeding were observed and compared with the induced abortion by rivanol of contemporaneous normal pregnancy. Results In total 64 cases, 62 cases succeeded, 2 cases lost and changed to curettage. No case had rupture of uterus. The duration of induced abortion, the delivery of placenta and caul, and the amount of bleeding hadn’t obvious difference comparing with the induced abortion by rivanol of normal pregnancy. Conclusions The induced abortion by rivanol isn’t absolute verboten for pregnancy of scarred uterus.更多还原
