【摘要】 目的观察针灸配合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复作用。方法60例急性脑卒中老年患者随机分为针灸康复训练组和对照组各30例,针灸康复训练组在接受神经内科常规药物治疗的同时配合正规的针灸与康复训练,每天1次,每次30min,其余时间由家属协助训练;对照组只接受神经内科常规药物治疗。两组平均治疗21d后采用Barthel指数评分。结果针灸配合康复训练组评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对急性脑卒中患者早期进行针灸配合康复训练可明显提高患者日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observed the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation training on hemiplegic patients due to cerebral stroke. Methods 60 patients with acute stroke were divided into experimental group (based on the routine drug treatment, they were also treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation training 30 minute a day, n =30) and control group (treated with routine drug treatment, n =30). After 21days therapy, patients’ Barthel index of ADL (activities of daily living) was evaluated. Results Barthel index of ADL in experimental group is significantly better than control group ( P <0.01). Conclusions ADL of patients with hemiplegic could be significantly improved by acupuncture and rehabilitation training.[更多还原
