【摘要】 目的通过喉癌三种不同摆位照射野中心点移位误差进行分析比较,选择治疗较佳摆位方法。方法对喉癌侧卧垂直照射、无面罩固定仰卧水平照射及头颈面罩田定仰卧水平照射患者各5名,用激光灯或灯光野观察并用游标卡尺测量每例患者放疗前后射野中心的移动范围。结果侧卧位放射野中心点移位的次数和幅度明显超过仰卧位,头颈面罩固定仰卧位移动次数最少,范围最小(P<0.01)。结论喉癌头颈面罩固定仰卧水平照射摆位方法是一种安全可靠的理想摆位方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the best body position in irradiating laryngeal cancer by comparing the errors of center point of fields moving among the lateral position, the supine position and the supine position fixed by mask. Methods 15 cases with laryngeal cancer were averagely divided into 3 groups, and were irradiated respectively in lateral position, supine position, and supine position fixed by mask. The moved errors of each field center between post - irradiation and pre- radiation were calculated, and the moved distances were measured by vernier caliper about mark of laser lamp or the cross of lamplight fields. Results The frequence and degree of fields center moving of lateral position were smaller than that of the supine position, and the field moving error of supine position fixed with mask was the slightest in three positions (P<0.01). Conclusions The supine position fixed with mask was a safe reliable method in irradiating laryngeal cancer.更多还原
