【摘要】 目的　探讨VDLD方案治疗恶性肿瘤对肝脏的毒副作用。方法　用全自动生化分析仪测定 1 8例淋巴系统恶性肿瘤患儿采用VDLD方案化疗前后血清总蛋白、清蛋白、球蛋白、清 /球比例、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆汁酸、γ谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶变化 ,进行配对比较。结果　VDLD方案化疗后血清总胆汁酸明显升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,血清总蛋白、清蛋白、球蛋白明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,余参数未见变化。结论　VDLD方案对肝脏的毒副作用主要引起胆汁淤积 ,可能是L ASP引起胰腺炎的发病机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the liver toxicities of the VDLD scheme in children with malignant tumor.Methods In a prospective trial,the levels of serum total protein,albumin, globulin,rate of albumin/globuin alanine aminotransferase,aspartate transaminase,gamma glutamyltranspeptidase,total bile acid and alkaline phosphatase were tested in children with malignant tumour before and after VDLD scheme,and compared with each other.Results The concentration of the serum total bile acid was significantly increased after VDLD scheme than before(P<0.01),the levels of serum total protein, albumin and globulin were decreased(P< 0.01). No changes were observed about other indices.Conclusions The liver toxicities of the VDLD scheme mainly give birth to cholestasis in children with malignant tumoar.Maybe it is the pathogenesis by which L-ASP induce the generation of pancreatitis.更多还原
