【摘要】 村民自治政策以民主选举、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督为主要内容的一种民主形式在我国农村的实践。村民自治取得显著成效,也引发了诸多问题。本文从以经济人假设为基础的公共选择理论出发,来分析村民自治政策在执行过程中出现的问题,以及进一步分析产生问题的原因,并据此提出一些建设性策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Practice in the countryside of our country is a kind of democratic form which take democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management , democratic supervision as main content of villager’s autonomy policy. Self-governing of villagers make the remarkable effect, has caused a great deal of questions too. With the public choice theory on the foundation of supposing with economic people, the author analyze the question with carrying out villagers’ autonomy policies, and analyze the reason for producing the question further, and propose some constructive tactics in view of the above.更多还原
