加工中间基原料的MIP工艺专用催化剂CRMI-II的工业应用

【摘要】 在中国石化股份有限公司安庆分公司MIP工业装置上进行了MIP工艺专用催化剂CRMIⅡ的工业应用试验。结果表明,加工中间基原料(管输油),使用CRMIⅡ专用催化剂后与原使用的常规FCC催化剂相比油浆产率下降1.14个百分点,总液收提高0.6个百分点。液化气产率提高3.95个百分点,丙烯产率增加约1.95个百分点。汽油烯烃含量降低5.4个百分点,汽油RON提高2.3个单位,MON提高1.3个单位。说明CRMIⅡ催化剂能很好地与MIP新工艺相匹配,是适合中间基原料MIP工艺比较理想的专用催化剂。

【Abstract】 The commercial trial of CRMI-Ⅱ, a special FCC catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing for maximizing iso-paraffin process (MIP) was carried out in Anqing Petrochemical Corporation for processing intermediate base feedstock. The test run results in comparison with the original used conventional FCC catalyst showed that the slurry reduced by 1.14 percentage points, and the total liquid yield, LPG yield and propylene yield increased by 0.6, 3.95 and 1.95 percentage points respectively after the usage of CRMI-Ⅱ catalyst. The cracked naphtha quality was also improved, such as the olefin content in the naphtha further decreased by 5.4 percentage points, and the RON and MON raised by 2.3 and 1.3 units respectively, which indicated that CRMI-Ⅱ is an ideal catalyst for MIP technology to process intermediate base feedstock.
