驻波场原油破乳脱水的研究
DEMULSIFICATION AND DEHYDRATION OF CRUDE OIL IN ULTRASONIC STANDING WAVE FIELD
【摘要】 以鲁宁管输原油为研究对象,在实验室考察了影响原油破乳脱水的几个重要参数,如破乳剂用量、沉降时间和驻波场中的声强、超声波处理时间等。用正交试验分析了各因素的影响程度,得到依影响大小的排序为沉降时间>驻波场声强>超声波处理时间;驻波场中原油脱水的最佳试验条件为,加入破乳剂20μg/g,在搅拌器转速约400r/min下搅拌5min后,用声强0.225W/cm2超声波处理5min,在80℃水浴中沉降120min,在此试验条件下原油含水率(体积分数)由1.40%降为0.07%。
【Abstract】 The physical properties of Luning piped crude,e.g.sound velocity,were measured and factors affected demulsification, such as demulsifier dosage,sedimentation time, sound intensity and treating time in standing-wave field, were investigated. The experimental results showed that the factors affected dehydration in standing-wave field were in the sequence of sedimentation time greater than ultrasound intensity, and then followed by treating time; the optimum treating conditions for crude oil dehydration in standing-wave field were as follows:a NS-2003 demulsifier dosage of 20μg/g, an acoustic intensity of 0.225W/cm~2,a treating time of 5min and a sedimentation time of 120min;under said conditions the water content of treated crude reduced from original 1.40 vol% to 0.07 vol%.
