MIP工艺专用催化剂RMI的试生产及工业应用

【摘要】 MIP工艺专用催化剂RMI在齐鲁石化公司催化剂厂完成了工业放大试生产,工业牌号为CR022,并在高桥分公司MIP装置上进行了工业应用试验。工业放大试生产结果表明,RMI专用催化剂已具备正式投产条件。工业应用试验结果表明,与常规FCC催化剂相比,在原料掺渣率提高约8个百分点的情况下,MIP工艺采用CR022专用催化剂后,总液体收率增加0.75个百分点,油浆产率减少0.46个百分点,焦炭产率略有降低。汽油烯烃含量不增加,芳烃体积分数增加4.5个百分点,RON增加了2.9个单位,MON增加了0.4个单位。

【Abstract】 RMI catalyst tailored for the MIP process (Maximum Isoparaffin Process) was commercially prepared in the Catalyst Complex of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation with a trade mark of CR022. The commercial trial conducted on the MIP unit in Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company indicated that CR022 catalyst exhibited better product slate with a liquid yield increased by 0. 75 percentage point, a slurry yield decreased by 0. 46 percentage point, and lower coke yield in comparison with the conventional FCC catalyst at a feedstock increased by 8 percentage points of residual oil blending. The olefin content in cracked naphtha was not increased and the aromatics content increased by 4. 5 percentage points; the RON and MON enhanced by 2. 9 units and 0. 4 units respectively.
