新型磷化钨催化剂加氢脱氮及活化性能研究
STUDY ON HYDRO-DENITROGENATION AND ACTIVATION OF NOVEL PHOSPHIDE TUNGSTEN CATALYST
【摘要】 以γAl2O3为载体,磷酸氢二铵和偏钨酸铵为原料,采用高纯氢气还原无定型磷钨酸盐的方法,分别通过共浸渍法和机械混合法制备了不同磷化钨负载量的催化剂,比较了制备方法及负载量对催化剂吡啶加氢脱氮性能的影响,同时考察了磷化钨催化剂的活化性能。结果表明,共浸渍法制备的催化剂,活性组分和载体之间的作用较强;而机械混合法制备的催化剂,活性组分与载体之间的作用较弱,当负载量增加时,活性组分在催化剂表面发生聚集。机械混合法制备的催化剂,其吡啶加氢脱氮性能优于共浸渍法制备的催化剂。无载体磷化钨发生活化反应的温度在570℃左右,而共浸渍负载30%WP/γAl2O3催化剂的适宜活化温度为500℃。
【Abstract】 Using γ–Al2O3 as support and ammonium dibasic phosphate and ammonium metatungstate as raw materials, a series of novel tungsten phosphide catalysts with different loading amount was prepared by reducing phosphate precursors in a flow of high purity hydrogen through the methods of mechanical mixing and co-impregnation respectively. The effects of preparation method and loading amount on the hydro-denitrogenation (HDN) of the catalysts were studied, and the activation of the catalyst was also investigated. The result showed that the combination between the active component and support was stronger by the method of co-impregnation than mechanical mixing, and with the increasing of the loading amount, the active component was accumulated on the surface of the catalyst prepared by the mechanical mixing. The test of HDN with pyridine also revealed that the catalyst prepared by the mechnical mixing had higher HDN behavior than that by the co-impregnation. The temperature to produce activation reaction of the bulk tungsten phosphide was about 570℃. The proper activation temperature of the supported tungsten phosphide catalyst (30%WP/γ-Al2O3) prepared with co-impregnation was 500℃.
