【摘要】 目的探讨超声造影诊断睾丸肿瘤的临床价值。方法选择泌尿外科疑诊睾丸肿瘤患者12例进行超声造影检查,后经病理确诊11例。观察分析其二维声像图、彩色能量图及脉冲多普勒频谱特征。结果本组超声造影诊断睾丸肿瘤准确性91·7%。结论超声造影在诊断睾丸肿瘤方面有很高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of testicular tumors. Methods Total of 12 patients suspected of testicular tumors from urology surgery were consecutively studied by ultrasonography.Eleven patients with testicular tumors were confirmed with the pathologic diagnosis finally. The characteristics of the 2 dimensional echogram, the color Doppler energy imaging and pulsed 2 wave Doppler ultrasound spectrum were studied. Results The accuracy in the diagnosis of testicular tumors by ultrasonography were 91.7%. Conclusion Ultrasonography play an important role in the diagnosis of testicular tumors.更多还原
