【摘要】 目的了解1990~2001年湖南省安仁县非综合征性唇腭裂发病率的动态变化趋势及流行病学特征。方法对1990~2001年出生的围产儿进行监测登记,资料用VisualFoxpro建立数据库,并用SPSS(11.5)统计软件包对非综合征性唇腭裂的发病情况进行χ2检验等统计学分析。结果1990~2001年安仁县非综合征性唇腭裂的发病率各年间无明显差异(χ2=0.248,P>0.05),1995年发病率最高为2.307‰,1998年发病率为零,年平均发病率为0.959‰;男性发病率为1.147‰,女性发病率为0.717‰,两者之间差异无显著性(χ2=2.280,P>0.05)。结论湖南省安仁县1990~2001年出生儿童非综合征性唇腭裂的发病率较低,男女发病率无差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate from 1990 to 2001. Methods:From 1990 to 2001,the birth defect monitoring was carried out in Anren County. The monitored subjects were the hospitalized live births. The analyses were performed using SPSS version 11.5. Relations between categorical variables were examined using the chi-squared test.Results:The incidence of nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate from 1990 to 2001 was 0.959‰.The highest incidence was 2.307‰ in 1995 and the lowest 0‰ in 1998. The variation of the yearly incidence was not significant(χ2=0.248,P>0.05).The incidence was 1.147‰ in the males and 0.717‰ in the females(χ2=2.280,P>0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate during the period from 1990 to 2001 is low in Anren County.
