【Abstract】 Waxy wheat is one important content of the wheat heredity and breeding research nowadays.The functional mechanism of waxy protein and Wx gene,the allele mutant of Wx gene,the production ways of waxy mutant lines,the quality and property of waxy wheat and its uses were summarized,which were involved in the internal and external research.The genetic basis,the selection and breeding of varieties or lines and the quality and property of waxy wheat,and its utilization in wheat quality breeding and the improvement of food quality were discussed.更多还原
