【摘要】 目的从暖通空调设备管理的发展入手,结合国内外设备管理研究领域的发展现状,建立一个比较客观合理的暖通空调设备管理综合评价的指标体系.方法通过问卷调查的形式对初步建立起的指标体系进行评价,利用层次分析法,对收集到的数据进行分析和处理,建立综合评价模型,并进行了一致性检验.结果建立了暖通空调设备管理综合评价的指标体系和层级分析模型.结论证明层次分析法可以适用于暖通空调设备管理的综合评价,对暖通空调系统设备管理的相关法律法规的制定具有一定的指导意义,但还须对所建立的暖通空调设备管理综合评价指标体系进行进一步的完善和优化.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper starts from the development of facility management of HVAC system,combined with the development status quo home and abroad to set up the comprehensive assessment index system of HVAC facility management.The purpose is to find an impersonal and logical comprehensive assessment index system of HVAC facility management by means of a questionnaire.It deals with the collected data by use of Analytic Hierarchy Process in order to set up a comprehensive assessment model of HVAC facility management,find the authority of every index in the assessment system and check up the coincidence indicator.As a result,the AHP is applicable to the comprehensive evaluation of HVAC facility management.It also needs to make the comprehensive assessment index system of HVAC facility management as perfect as possible.It is certain to make sense of interrelated codes of HVAC facility management through the investigation of the system.更多还原
