【摘要】 目的 通过前瞻性的实验,探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)妇女促排卵治疗后 MMP-9、TIMP-1在着床窗口期子宫内膜的表达。 方法 收集8例正常妇女和13例PCOS妇女 促排卵后着床窗口期子宫内膜,用免疫组化的方法检测子宫内膜基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9、TIMP- 1的表达。对比在MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达上是否存在差别。 结果 MMP-9和TIMP-1在着床 窗口期主要表达于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和间质细胞的胞浆中,腺上皮呈中-强阳性表达,间质为中 等强度表达,血管内皮细胞中呈阴性-弱阳性表达。PCOS病人促排卵治疗有排卵的着床期子宫内 膜MMP-9与TIMP-1的表达与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0．05)。 结论 基质金 属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制物(TIMPs)的表达可能与PCOS患者促排卵治疗后低妊娠率有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objiective To investigate the exprission of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium of PCOS patients undergoing CC stimulate ovulation and controls. Methods Endometrium specimen was collected from thirteen PCOS women undergoing ovarian hyperstimulation treatment and eight normal control MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium. Results MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were high expressed in implantation window time. MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were exopressed mainly in the cytoplasm of glandular and stromal cells . The glandular cells showed moderate to strong , while the stromal cell expressed moderate in intensity. The expression in vascular cells was weakly positive or negative. After ovarian ovulation treatment, the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in PCOS patients did not show singificant difference from the normal control group. Conclusion Maybe there is no relationship between the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and the low pregnancy rate of PCOS patcents.更多还原
