【摘要】 目的探讨左旋咪唑对活精子表面不同位点抗精子抗体(AsAb)的干预作用,对照评价左旋咪唑与地塞米松的作用部位和疗效,以期寻找出一种毒副作用较小而疗效好的激素替代药物。方法采用直接混合抗球蛋白反应试验检测AsAb;对所查阳性患者随机分为2组,分别给予左旋咪唑和地塞米松治疗。结果左旋咪唑与地塞米松对活精子表面不同位点AsAb均有干预作用,总疗效比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05));左旋咪唑对精子头部的干预作用优于地塞米松,二者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论左旋咪唑与地塞米松均能不同程度的降低活精子表面不同位点的AsAb,但左旋咪唑对精子头部AsAb的干预作用优于地塞米松(P<0.05),因左旋咪唑不良反应小,可以作为激素的替代药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of levamisol e on surface bound antisperm antibodies (AsAb) on different position of motile sp ermatozoa. Methods We performed direct MAR tests to detect the distribution of AsAb on motile sperm surface. Then we administrated levamisole or dexamethasone to the randomly divi ded AsAb positive patients. Results Both levamisole and dex ameth reduced AsAb distributing on different positions of motile sperm surface, but there was no significant difference in overall treatment of AsAb distributin g on different position of motile sperm surface (P>005). Leva misole had better effect on AsAb over sperm heads than dexameth (P<00 5). Conclusion Both levamisole and dexameth asone may decrease AsAb on different position of motile sperm surface in inferti lity male. Levamisole had better effect on AsAb over sperm heads than dexamethas one.更多还原
