石油膨胀管材料的设计准则
Design criteria of oil expandable tubularmaterial
【摘要】 石油膨胀管是现代石油工业领域新兴的一项技术,被称为21世纪石油套管的一次技术革命。通过大量的实验研究,介绍了石油膨胀管材料铁基膨胀合金的设计准则,即膨胀管材料应具备高塑性、高强度和高加工硬化率等3个特点;提出了新概念“材料的强塑性”。为了便于设计石油膨胀管材料,推导了铁基合金ε马氏体的相变起始温度Ms(ε)的计算公式。
【Abstract】 On the basis of a great deat of experimental research, the design criteria for the oil expandable tubular material, the Fe-based expandable alloy, is put forward. That is, the expandable tubular material is required to have the characteristics of high plasticity, high strength and high rate of work hardening. In addition, a new concept, the strengthening plasticity of material, is expounded. In the end, the equation for calculating the initial transformation temperature Ms(?) of the ε martensite of the Fe-based alloy is derived.
