确定牙轮钻头组合滑动轴承形状公差新方法
A new method for determining form tolerances of combination sliding bearings on cone bits
【摘要】 高精度组合滑动轴承形状公差的理论计算一直是一个难题。根据通用滑动轴承的表面几何特性,研究了形状公差与滑动轴承的接触强度之间的关系,提出了用接触强度极限设计原理确定形状公差的一种新方法。利用该方法,研究了牙轮钻头组合滑动轴承的小径孔圆柱度公差、大径孔的圆柱度公差和止推面垂直度公差的变化规律。结果表明,当形状公差超过某一临界值时,其接触应力会急剧上升。
【Abstract】 The theoretic computation of the form tolerance of high-accuracy combination sliding bearings is a puzzle right through. The relationship between the form tolerance of sliding bearing and its contact strength is described by analyzing its surface geometric characteristics. According to the principle of limit design of contact strength, a new methodfor determining the form tolerance and position tolerance ofsliding bearing by means of contact finite element analysis.This method can be applied to study the varying rules of formtolerance of combination sliding bearings on cone bits.Analysis shows that the contact stress will rise rapidly whenthe form tolerance is larger than a critical value.
