空气弹簧橡胶模具的独特设计
Novel design of rubber molding for air spring
【摘要】 针对以往空气弹簧这类气囊形状的橡胶模具设计存在整体模心脱模困难、手工脱模劳动强度大,生产效率低及成本高等问题,采用了一种独特的模具设计方案。该设计的独特之处是:在内表面成形时,没有使用整体或拼块式模心结构,取代品是1个橡胶内胆。它相当于整体模心,可重复使用,具有易成形和易脱模的特点。用该模具生产的空气弹簧,经爆破极限气压力试验达2.3MPa,符合设计要求。该方案还可用于种类多、小批量的特殊用途的空气弹簧制造。
【Abstract】 A novel design method for rubber molding of air spring is put forward in the light of the disadvantages of the previous rubber molding design. The technical point is that a rubber internal bladder is used instead of the integrated or assembled mold core while the internal surface is formed. The rubber internal bladder can be used repeatedly, and it is easy to be shaped and demolded. The bursting pressure test proves that the air spring made from this rubber mold has a pressure limit of 2.3 MPa.
