渐开线节能抽油机曲柄设计与研究
Design of the crank of involute energy saving pumping unit.
【摘要】 针对渐开线节能抽油机对曲柄的大偏置角、扭矩调整幅度大等要求,提出了非对称单侧调整的曲柄结构设计方案,给出了结构设计原理和注意事项。30余台渐开线节能抽油机的现场使用证明:(1)非对称单侧调整曲柄结构适应偏置角较大的曲柄,具有总体质量轻、平衡扭矩调节幅度大等优点;(2)非对称单侧调整曲柄结构的形体设计是关键。用“斜直线”近似理论来确定曲柄销孔的位置更具合理性和可操作性。为了取得更佳平衡效果,曲柄应尽量取得长些,推荐曲柄最大回转圆在地基下平面以上50mm处。
【Abstract】 The involute energy saving pumping unit demands large crank offset angle and wide torque adjustment range, therefore a single-side asymmetric adjustment crank structure is put forward. The design principle of this new crank structure is given. The on-site use of over 30 involute energy saving pumping units proves that: (1) the single-side asymmetric adjustment crank structure is suitable for the crank with large offset angle, and the crank with this structure has light weight and wide torque adjustment range; (2) the design point of this crank structure lies in the shape design. Determining the position of crank pin hole by the "skew lines" approximation theory is more reasonable and feasible. To obtain better effect of balancing, the crank should be designed longer.
