GW—S1型自同步平动椭圆振动筛动力学
Dynamics of GW-S1 self-synchronous balanced elliptical motion shaker.
【摘要】 自同步平动椭圆振动筛具有处理能力大、工作噪声小、结构简单和维护保养方便等特点。介绍了一种工作噪声小于75dB,利用两具有不等质径积的激振电动机激振的GW—S1型自同步平动椭圆振动筛,建立了其动力学模型;根据Hamilton原理,导出了该型振动筛的自同步条件和稳定运转条件;讨论了影响振动筛同步性能和稳定性的因素,给出了要实现平动椭圆运动的条件。分析结果表明,在满足自同步条件和稳定运转条件时,振动筛能够同步稳定运转,且影响振动筛同步性能和稳定性的因素是一致的。设计时保证“力心”与参振质量的平均质心重合,就能实现振动筛的平动椭圆运动。
【Abstract】 GW-S1 self-synchronous balanced elliptical motion shaker is designed to be excited by two vibration motor with different mass-radius products with a noise of less than 75 dB. The dynamic model of the shaker is built up. Based on Hamilton principle, the self-synchronous condition of the shaker and condition of stable running are derived. Then the factors influencing the synchronism and stability of the shaker are discussed. At last the conditions of balanced elliptical motion are presented. The analysis result shows that the balanced elliptical motion of the shaker can be realized as soon as the "force center" coincided with the mean mass center of the vibration mass. And synchronous and stable running of the shaker can be achieved as the above-mentioned relevant conditions are satisfied.
