注水开发油田泥岩层套管蠕变损坏机理研究
Investigation on the creep induced casing failure in water injection wells.
【摘要】 注水开发油田的套管在泥岩层中发生对称缩径变形而损坏,这是由于套损段周围的泥岩进水软化后,岩石力学特性发生变化,改变了作用在套管上的非对称外挤蠕变载荷的分布并加大了该载荷所致。鉴于此,根据泥岩含水量与泥岩力学特性的关系,建立了套管水泥环泥岩蠕变力学模型,研究了围岩弹性模量对蠕变载荷大小及分布的影响,以及在该载荷作用下套管弹塑性变形的规律,揭示了在注水开发一段时间后套管往往受蠕变载荷作用而损坏的机理。
【Abstract】 Symmetric shrinking collapse failure of casing is often found in mudstone layer in water injection reservoir. The mechanism of the casing failure is analyzed. Based on the relationship between the water cut in the mudstone and the mechanical property of the mudstone, the casing-cement sheath-mudstone creeping model is built. The influence of the elastic modulus of the wall rock on the creep load and distribution is investigated, and the law of elastoplastic deformation of the casing under the creep load is analyzed. Thereafter the mechanism of the casing failure under creep load after a period of water injection is expounded.
