抽油机支架强度分析参考节点的简易确定方法
A simple method for determining reference nodes for strength analysis of pumping jack
【摘要】 在抽油机支架强度分析中, 在全局坐标系下确定主惯性平面方位的参考节点的位置非常困难。为此提出了一种参考节点坐标值的简易确定方法, 即通过求解代表主惯性平面和与主惯性平面正交的另一平面同Y轴的交点坐标方程, 根据抽油机支架上角钢的结构方式, 取代数值较大的一个即可确定参考节点的位置。
【Abstract】 In the strength analysis of the pumping jack of a pumping unit, it is very difficult to determine the reference node position under global coordinate system. Thus a simple method is proposed for determining the value of reference node coordinate, that is to derive the cross-point of coordinate equation of Y, which represents the principal inertia plane and the one perpendicular to the other plane. Based on the U steel structural mode on the pumping jack, the value of higher number is determined, thereby the position of the reference node can be determined.
