【Abstract】 Although both academic and business communities have long recognized the importa nce of effective strategy execution for performance, research in this area remai ns ad hoc and less developed and can not provide adequate guidance much needed b y Chinese firms. In this study, we have conducted a survey to describe the statu s quo of strategy execution by Chinese firms, and examined what factors affect t heir execution effectiveness. Our findings will help management to better unders tand and control the process of strategy execution and facilitate the developmen t of empirical research in the field of execution.更多还原
