【Abstract】 Based on deeply analyzing the nature of the firm boundary and production activity in the firm organizations across boundary in the terms of core competence theory, technology theory, division of labor & specialization theory, this paper points out that the core competence theory can be used a beneficial reference for selecting specialization level; the economic division of labor is necessary condition for the being of the organizations across boundary; specialization level of each firm is decided by absolute advantages and comparative advantages that are determined by the outside core technology; and then technology, as an inside outcome, evolves with the division of labor & specialization afterward.更多还原
