【摘要】 为了提高东亚钳蝎抗神经兴奋肽Ⅱ在大肠杆菌中的表达量,通过正交设计实验研究重组菌的发酵条件,包括接种量、培养时间、诱导时间、诱导剂IPTG使用浓度等对表达的影响.结果表明重组菌在LB培养基中,按1∶50的接种量,培养时间为3 h后,IPTG终浓度为0.2 mmol/L,诱导4 h,目标蛋白表达量最大.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the expression level of ANEPⅡ(anti-epilepsy polypeptide II) in E.coli,the growth conditions of the recombinant were studied in shaking flasks with orthogonal design.The result indicated that the level of ANEPⅡ was highest when the recombinant culture 3 hours with(1∶50) inoculation ratio and was induced 4 hours by IPTG with 0.2 mmol/L final concentration.更多还原
