利用衍射法测量金属丝直径
Meassure Metal Wire Diameter Using Diffraction Method
【摘要】 利用衍射法测量金属丝直径,对金属丝衍射图样进行分析,提出关于衍射的几何模型,再推导出包含直径因子D的数学表达式.采用光电二极管对七条金属丝进行了测量,测量结果表明:金属丝直径的相对误差小于8%,用这种方法测量,金属丝的直径应限制在0.300mm以下.
【Abstract】 Metal wire diameter was measured by using diffraction method. Based on the analysis of the diffraction pattern of metal wire, the geometric model of the diffraction was obtained, then the formula that contained diameter factor was deduced. Seven metal wires were measured by diode. The measure result showed that as the diameter of metal wire less 0.300 mm, the relative measure error less 8 %.
