油田用吸水性树脂的制备与性能

【摘要】 制得以丙烯酸盐为主体的吸水性树脂(SAR)用作油田调驱剂.它是采用水溶液聚合法,以部分中和的丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)等为反应单体,以N,N 亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在60℃下以过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂制备而成.研究结果表明:当反应体系中丙烯酰胺(AM)与丙烯酸(AA)的摩尔比值(n(AM)/n(AA))介于0.025~0.15时,SAR在相同n(AM)/n(AA)比值下的吸盐量约为对应条件下吸水量的15%~20%;而当对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)与AA的质量比为3%时,不仅使SAR的分解温度提高到了325℃,还使SAR吸盐量提高到对应吸水量的15%.

【Abstract】 Super absorbent resin(SAR),mainly consisting of polyacrylate, is a kind of oil displacement profile control agent. In this paper, SAR is prepared by copolymerizing partly neutralized acrylic acid(AA), acrylamide (AM),and so on ,and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent with ammonium persulfate/sodium hydrogen sulfite as initiator in aqueous solution polymerization in 60 ℃.The result shows that ,when the molar ratio of acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA) between 0.025 and (0.15) in reaction system, the salt absorbency of the SAR is about 15 %~20 % of water absorbency of the SAR in the same condition; When the mass ratio of sodium styrene sulfonate (SSS) and AA is about (3 %), the decomposing temperature of SAR can improve to 325 ℃ and the salt absorbency of the SAR is about (15 %) of water absorbency of the SAR in the same condition.
