以杂多酸(盐)作催化剂合成系列尼泊金酯
Synthesis of Nipagin Esters with Heteropoly Acid as Catalyst
【摘要】 利用杂多酸(盐)作催化剂,分别以对羟基苯甲酸和甲醇、乙醇、丙醇及丁醇为原料合成尼泊金甲、乙、丙、丁酯,其酯化率分别为85.2%、87.1%、89.3%、92.4%.对产品进行红外光谱表征和熔点测定,得合成尼泊金乙酯、丙酯、丁酯的最佳工艺条件:醇酸比(质量比)4∶1,催化剂质量分数5%,反应时间5h.实验表明:在合成系列尼泊金酯的反应中,杂多酸(盐)催化剂的催化活性优于浓硫酸催化剂.
【Abstract】 The Nipagin esters were synthesized with methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid as reactants and heteropoly acids (salts) as the catalyst .The optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The melting point and IR of the esters were tested. The results showed that the heteropoly acids (salts) were an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of Nipagin esters.
