导向管充气喷动床流动行为研究
Flow Behavior of Aerated Spouted Bed with Draft Tube
【摘要】 在直径92mm的导向管喷动床内,引入充气,对充气对喷动床环形区内颗粒床层的压降、颗粒循环速率以及环形区内气体分布进行研究.研究发现:在临界充气速度范围内,环形区内颗粒床层的压降、颗粒循环速率均随充气速度增加而增加;环形区内气体速度随充气流量的增加而增加,且存在一个使颗粒床层保持稳定移动床的临界充气速度.建立导向充气喷动床的流动行为数学模型,计算值与实验值吻合,可作为导向充气喷动床设计与操作的参考.
【Abstract】 In an aerated spouted bed with a draft tube made of poly-methacrylate with internal diameter 92 mm,the glass beads used as experimental material,under the different aerating velocity,the bed pressure drop and particles down moving rate in the annulus were studied.Results indicated that:bed pressure drop and particle circulating velocity in the annulus increased with increased aerating velocity when aerating air introduced from bottom;the bed has a critical aerating velocity.Mathematical model for aerated spouted bed with draft tube was established,model calculated value agrees with experimental value.
