【Abstract】 On the basis of previous work in this field,coenzyme Q₁₀ is extracted from animal viscera by using organic nonpolar reagent such as ether and paraffin hydrocarbon.This method has the advantage of high yield and good quality.This kind of extraction provides a practical method for the development of coenzyme Q₁₀.The purity of coenzyme Q₁₀ was analyzed by using instruments and meets the national standard.Its function in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease,cardiac vascular disease and cerebral vascular disease,and application field of coenzyme Q₁₀ were discussed.更多还原
