模型环道的蜡沉积实验

【摘要】 利用模型环道进行了一系列蜡沉积测试。实验结果表明,蜡沉积速率随时间逐渐减小;当壁温高于原油的析蜡点或低于凝点时,没有蜡沉积;相同油壁温差下,蜡沉积速率随油温的升高而减小;在相同油温下,蜡沉积速率随油壁温差的增大而增大,当壁面温度较低时随油壁温差的增大而减小;蜡沉积速率不仅与原油的蜡含量有关,还与原油的粘度等物性有关;剪切弥散机理对蜡沉积的作用不大。

【Abstract】 A series of wax deposition experiment were performed by using model loop. The results show that the rate of wax deposition is gradually decreased with the time; no wax deposition occurs when wall temperature is above wax appearance temperature or below solidification point; wax deposition rate is decreased with increasing oil temperature at the same temperature gradient between the oil and wall; at the same oil temperature, wax deposition rate is increased with increasing temperature gradient between the oil and wall, but decreased when the wall surface temperature is lower; wax deposition rate is determined on wax content as well as viscosity of crude oils; the effect of shear dispersion mechanism on wax deposition is minor.
