安全阀在线调校中阀座有效面积计算公式新析

【摘要】 在工业生产中,安全阀在线校验主要采用提跳式校验技术,但2 0多年来,该技术所需的阀座有效面积Ay 值一直采用近似公式计算,大大影响了校验结果的准确性及其技术的推广应用。提高Ay 值计算的准确性是推进其技术提高及应用的关键。通过分析安全阀阀瓣受力分布作用,阐述了原Ay 计算公式的由来及其近似性影响因素,分析了误差状况,导出了3个用于不同性质介质的更为精确的Ay 计算公式。分析表明,介质性质不同,安全阀Ay 值有明显的改变。

【Abstract】 The lifting release method is mainly employed to the on-line adjusting of safety valves in industrial production. But the value of effective seat area which is necessary for this method has been calculated by an approximate formula for about 20 years. This greatly affects the adjusting accuracy and its popularization and application. The key to improvement and application of the lifting release method is to improve the calculation accuracy. By analyzing the force applied on the valve clack, the derivation and approximation-affected factors of the old formula were discussed and the error was analysed, then three more exact formulas for different fluids were obtained. The results show that the value varies greatly with different fluids.
