SBR改性减压渣油的性质
PROPERTIES OF SBR MODIFIED VACUUM RESIDUUM
【摘要】 为了研究SBR对减压渣油的改性效果,以SBR为改性剂采用溶剂法改性减压渣油,获得不同SBR质量分数的试样。对所得不同SBR质量分数的试样按现行沥青标准测定方法测定常规性质,并用RHEOTEST2型旋转粘度计测定试样在不同温度下的粘度。结果表明,试样的软化点随SBR质量分数的增加而升高,而针入度却随之减小;SBR质量分数在1%~4%的试样延度均大于150cm,但SBR质量分数为10%与15%的试样延度分别为72cm和70cm;加入SBR后体系的流型转变温度提高,表观粘度变大,非牛顿性增强,感温性改善;粘度随着温度的升高而下降,粘温关系可由指数函数表示。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of SBR on residue properties, the samples containing different SBR were prepared by mixing the residuum with SBR-toluene solution. General properties and viscosity of the samples were tested using current standard methods and RHEOTEST2 viscometer respectively. The experimental results show that with the increase of mass fraction of SBR, the softening point increases, while needle penetration decreases. The ductility of samples is longer than 150 cm in the range of 1% to 4% of SBR content, whereas it is 72 cm and 70 cm when mass fraction of SBR is 10% and 15%. With the increased of SBR concent, the sensitivity for temperature of the samples is upgraded, apparent viscosity increased and property of non-Newtonian is strengthed. The viscosity-temperature relationship of the samples could be described by exponential function.
