【摘要】 目的了解烧伤患者的心理状态,探讨其相关因素为更好地进行心理护理及行为护理干预提供借鉴。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对57例烧伤住院患者进行临床症状、心理状态调查分析。结果烧伤患者的总均分和多数因子分明显高于国内常模。以躯体不适、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性为著(P均<0.05)。不同性别患者各因子差异无显著性意义(P均>0.05)。不同医疗费用支付方式患者中,工伤、医保患者在躯体不适、敌对、恐怖3个因子上的评分高于自费患者(P均<0.05)。自费患者在精神病性因子的评分高于工伤、医保患者(P<0.05)。不同文化程度患者中,高中及中专以上文化组在躯体不适与敌对2个因子上的评分高于初中及以下文化组(P均<0.05)。而在偏执因子的评分,高中及中专以上文化组低于初中及以下文化组(P均<0.05)。结论良好的治疗环境和护患关系是做好护理的前提,针对患者的心理状态及时进行相应的心理护理及行为护理干预是保证烧伤患者身心健康的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the psychological status of burn in-patients and the relative factors in order to provide relevant basis for better psychological nursing and behavior nursing intervention. Method57 burn in-patients mental state and clinical symptom were investigated by using checklist (SCL-90).ResultsTotal average scores and most factors of burn in-patients are more than the general scores of normal persons, especially about body discomfort, dumps, anxiety, hostility, fear, crankinesspsychopathy (all P<(0.05)).There is no obvious significance for different sex in different factors. Among the different medical payment patients, the evaluation scores in body discomfort, hostility and fear for industrial injury patients and medical insurance patients are higher than self-payment patients. Self-payment patients have higher scores in psychopathy than industrial injury and medical insurance patients. Among patients with different culture degrees, high school group and technical school group have higher scores in body discomfort and hostility than middle school group, but for crankiness the situation is contrast.ConclusionGood therapy environment and relationship between nurses and patients is the premise of nursing care, and timely and efficient psychological and behavior nursing intervention is the key to insure healing burn patient, according to the patient psychological status.更多还原
